Linden Call (“Linden Call,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a service that places daily voice check-in calls to a loved one you designate and delivers summaries of those calls to you. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign in.
- Recipient information. The name, phone number, time zone, preferred call time, and topic preferences you provide for the person we call.
- Call content. Audio recordings, transcripts, and summaries of the check-in calls we place on your behalf.
- Billing information. Subscription and payment details, which are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data. Basic analytics about how you interact with the service so we can keep it reliable.
How we use information
- To place check-in calls and generate summaries and digests.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To communicate with you about your account and the service.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect the safety of users.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate Linden Call — including our voice calling provider, AI processing provider, email delivery provider, hosting provider, and payment processor — and only as needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Call recording and consent
Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can provide summaries to you. You are responsible for ensuring the person you ask us to call is aware that calls may be recorded, and for complying with applicable recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction.
Data retention
We retain recordings, transcripts, and summaries for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Your choices
You can update your account and recipient details, pause or cancel calls, and request access to or deletion of your information at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
Children
Linden Call is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
